the staff was friendly , and they provided a souvenir gift for our anniversary and gifts for our children. vending machines are available on each floor , and there is also a coin laundry and even a public bath , a true onsen. the rooms have a japanese traditional touch and i found them very clean.
the rooms had frosted windows , this made the whole atmosphere a little stuffy.

i recommend this place. they told us all the details on what it includes. i really enjoyed the shared baths and used their tattoo patches to experience it. there were also many cute amenities after the bath , made me relaxed.
the room was very tiny, there wasn't a wardrobe or enough space for big luggage. also, the pillows with beads were so uncomfortable.

the room size was quite spacious. the bed and pillows were very comfortable. the location is excellent. it is a quiet area yet close to the nishiki market.
the restaurant was of poor quality. the staff forgot our orders, and we waited over 30 minutes. the room windows are frosted, made the atmosphere stuffy.

The luggage storage was helpful before check-in! and after check-out. i sent luggage to my next destination, the staff handled forms efficiently. the hotel provided tickets redeemable at the gift shop. A nice touch. i enjoyed the public bath after long days exploring.
Only two washing machines existed in the laundry room. This resulted in a long wait.

The staff demonstrated accommodation and friendliness . They answered questions promptly. breakfast was enjoyable with provided vouchers. The team efficiently processed luggage transfers to tokyo. sato-san was particularly helpful.
